Santa Monica Project Program

Keep the structure. Shift the atmosphere.

Sunset considers qualified cabinetry, millwork, walls, doors and select interior surfaces for residential, hospitality, wellness and retail interiors in Santa Monica.

By appointment

Considered around your existing space.

Santa Monica projects are accepted by qualification and scheduled around the actual conditions of the space. We begin with photographs, surfaces, access and project goals. If the existing construction is stable and the application is appropriate, architectural film can establish a new finish direction while retaining what continues to perform.

What we consider

Surfaces with a reason to stay.

Homes and residences

Kitchen cabinetry, vanities, built ins, doors, wall panels and selected retained surfaces.

Commercial interiors

Reception desks, millwork, doors, walls, display cabinetry and selected fixtures for offices, retail, hospitality, medical and wellness environments.

Multifamily environments

Model spaces, leasing areas, amenity millwork and selected unit surfaces where repeatable work is appropriate.

Southern California coverage

Santa Monica interiors, assessed for the way they are actually used.

Santa Monica projects often involve retained cabinetry, built ins, hospitality surfaces and wellness interiors where the material direction needs to sit naturally with light, traffic and daily use. We also consider qualified work in nearby Venice, Pacific Palisades, Brentwood and Marina del Rey. A city name never replaces a proper substrate and conditions review.

Real work. Clear scope.

Project proof is shown for the visible transformation, not presented as a claim about a particular client, address or city. Final finish selection, scope and suitability are always confirmed for the actual space.

The process

Start with the right evidence.

1. Send views and details

Share clear photographs, approximate dimensions and the outcome you want from the space.

2. Review the surface

We assess stability, edges, heat, moisture, cleaning, access and intended use.

3. Set the finish direction

Samples are reviewed in real light before a scope, sequence and conditions are confirmed.

Questions, answered

Before you begin.

Do you have a Santa Monica showroom?

Projects are reviewed by appointment. We begin with photographs, samples and a site review when the project is a fit.

Does coastal location change the material review?

Interior conditions still guide the decision. Heat, moisture, cleaning, edges, traffic and substrate stability are reviewed before any finish is selected. Architectural film is not a repair for unstable or damaged construction.

Can a business remain open during installation?

Some commercial scopes can be sequenced around rooms, surfaces or after hours access. Timing is confirmed with the actual project conditions.
